Um, I'm a bit confused here. I'm unfamiliar with the word "gangstalking," but from your post here it's a form of murder. Why would you expect to be able to hear from a murder victim?
If they're a victim of this heinous crime as you describe it, they would be dead & obviously unable to read this thread or respond to it.
