Disagree.

We might be "disordered" in the ability, say, to read social cues.

But we don't LACK the ability.

That was hilarious. I like the way it was pasted together from sources from different countries. One bit was humour then humor, behavour then analyze, behavioral demeanour, centres, behavor, and colourless. But my favourite was couses.

I got a bit distracted but then to me 'a word is NOT just a word'. I also DO NOT HAVE EMOTIONAL POVERTY, oh, hang on, this is apparently just the guys, oh that's ok then.

So it's a mishmash of pieces written around the problems some women have had with their male Aspie/HFA partners, well no bias there then, it's a well know fact that people are 100% honest and balanced when judging their partners and ex-partners.

Disagree.

Maybe some people with ASDs have some of these things....but you would be surprised how many NTs have these sorts of "symptoms" as well.

Robert D Hare PhD is a specialist in psychopathy, not autism. Everything in this article and its "sources" is incorrect.

That was ridiculous. All this crap about us being robots and not being able to understand love and compassion. It's not true. I feel pretty much every emotion there is. I do understand that some words are more emotional than others. I feel angry and sad when someone is mean to my friends. I analyze my thoughts and behaviours and look for inconsistencies. I'm just as human as they are.

Disagree

It’s almost like this was a joke article, I had to go back and make sure it wasn’t posted on April first. We are not emotionless sociopaths who just spill out lies whenever we talk about emotions! I feel love, I feel pain, so I was taken aback at the content of that waste of internet space. That article was hilariously inaccurate.

I disagree with the article. I am pretty sure the article was wrote by somebody who is not autistic. My main problem is that the article states some things as if it's fact. I have read articles like these before, most of the time the person is clueless.
