Indeed plus it’s illegal. I dont know maybe if I won the lottery I’d go to Amsterdam and find a nice prostitute who’d be kind and understanding to me.

Here it's soliciting that's illegal, the prostitution itself is legal. Basically anything that makes prostitution safer is illegal.
