Both. But are referring to the original 1968 or forgettable 1990 version?

Both Dawns are good.

Not so much by today's standards, but I am sure it was back in 1968.

The original Night Of The Living Dead is a great movie and one of the most important horror films ever made. Anyone into the horror genre (and film in general) has to watch this movie at least once. The remake is a decent film that doesn’t just follow the original shot by shot like some remakes do (e.g. Psycho). It has some interesting differences of its own particularly with Barbara’s characterisation. It’s certainly worth watching as an alternate version of the same story.

The original in the 60s in black & white, it was scary, but Cujo, The Shining & The Birds were scarier.

I love that movie, though it was definitely more exciting the very first time I watched it. After that, it's just a bunch of men arguing with each other for an hour.

I feel like the remake is easier to rewatch, but I still pop in the original from time to time.

I saw the original when I was a kid/teen staying up later that I was supposed to. I don't remember much about it

I certainly did see it. It's a horror movie classic, and the beginning of the late, great George Romero's career as a director. It was also revolutionary in that it was the first movie for a black man to be regarded as just a man, rather than to have his color taken into account, or to be regarded as inferior. That was the 1960's, after all.
