If you mean on WP, some sections get a lot more attention than others. Also pick a title that is going to be of interest to the people who use those sections. Any title with a bit of controversy in it will work well but don't do this too often or people will stop looking at your posts, unless of course your post is as controversial as the title.

Was there one particular point you wanted to make?

Talking about autism as the “next step in evolution,” or claiming to have found a cure on your own for your autism, will do the trick.

Say anything about Trump or Hillary.

Write a post about how you got diagnosed or how you self-diagnosed whatever that might be.

Cure and treatment are synonyms.

Cure and treatment are synonyms.
I didn't think they were but then biology was always my worst subject.

I just simply looked up the word cure and then looked at the short list of synonyms for it. I would think cure and treatment are synonyms when it comes to alleviation. There's also terms like temporary cure or partial cure.

I'm glad you said that as my brain doesn't compute that cure and treatment are synonyms

I think what really matters is how literal or figurative the word being used is and what the context is.
