This is an extremely sensitive topic. Please be more specific in your request. What specifically do you want to know?

I don't hate myself.

But I do have the occasional moments of loathing myself for the way I am. Luckily those moments occur very rarely.

How do aspies get over over their anger at themselves? I feel angry at myself for not getting into college, getting a job outside of my family and making more friends.

You know that moment when you say the wrong thing without even meaning to, thinking you said what was appropriate and get those weird looks? That's what I hate. Situations like that. But I never hate myself.

Got to give yourself a break.
As long as you know you're doing your best, that's all that matters.

I feel upset with myself sometimes, for instance when I've been particularly tactless, but if I know it wasn't deliberate I can put it behind me.

Hate and anger feels like the only things I feel these days and they're directed at myself, other people, life in general, loud noises and loss of control over one's body, etc. etc. etc. It's utterly exhausting and I wish the hate and negative thoughts would just go away.

Do not know about everyone (or anyone else)

But.

"There's a thin line between love and hate"

Quite frankly I hate a lot of things and precious lil "people". Including myself

Love is not morally superior to hate

Why don't people just do something about what is making them hate themselves?

Why stay in that zone?

Simple: I DON'T.

Self-hatred is for losers.

Kraftie kortie

Some of the reasons why I hate myself, are in my control

Some of the reasons why I hate myself, are outside of my control

For example, autism causes some social awkwardness and some problems

But some social problems that I have are not caused by autism

Sometimes it is a fine line to distinguish between each group

Sometimes there is no way to separate the two groups

Sometimes even if I know I can't do anything about the reason why I hate myself, I still hate myself

Logic versus emotion

If you couldn't walk because your legs don't work would you still hate yourself for it?
