Anyone know any good punk bands?

I dont mean like Sum41 or blink 182. Those to me are not very punk. I mean like GBH or the Sex pistols. Any new bands would also be very much appreciated. Thanks!

I was going to suggest them & other stuff like them. Instead I'll suggest Bad Religion & Social Distortion. If you like a little celtic, you could listen to the Dropkick Murphys & Flogging Molly, their kind of a punk celtic mix.

Nation of Ulysses
Minutemen
Circle Jerks

I would recommend googling the record label SST. Doing so will list many punk bands from well known to obscure. It's one of my favorite record labels.

The Ramones. Leave Home (1977) is my favorite of their albums.

This List seems comprehensive.

I also enjoyed the album King of the Beach (2010) by Wavves.

I still enjoy The Living End <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Living_End>. The acoustic bass player literally climbs the side of the bass like stairs while playing it!

I have an aversion to other people's bodily fluids and excrement. I couldn't get past the blood and the feces enough to really get into GG Allin.

The only exception to that rule is when I saw The Cramps live and Lux Interior took off one of his black stiletto heels and poured the sweat that had filled up inside the shoe over his head. He'd matched the shoes with glossy skin tight plastic pants which I assume was the cause of the sweating. The antic didn't bother me at all. Good show, BTW....

As far as punk albums go - Raw power by Iggy and the Stooges.
On the road I like these guys.
