I have put my detractors on my foe list but their posts still show on the forum. If I couldn't see them, I would feel less stressed out and depressed.

You can check frequently asked question on how to remove them using software. It's out of date, but it should be helpful to get you on the right track.

It would be preferable if you wouldn't be publicly stating to your "detractors" that you hate them. Forum rules apply to you too.
