Is your avatar sized properly?
I think 130 x 160 pixels is the largest size accepted.

I don't see it either. Like Raleigh said, it could be over the pixel size or it may be too large of a file size.

There's lots of programs that can shrink the quality of images so the pixel & file size are smaller. Sometimes you can also cut out parts of the image you don't want or crop out just the part of the image you want/need in order to make things smaller too. I had to do all 3 things with my avatar; crop it out, reduce the pixel size, & then shrink the file size which reduces image quality alittle.
