I share that sentiment.

Like Raleigh, cats make me happy too.

I don't associate people who treat any species of animal in callous ways, because it indicates to me a kind of nature which which mine would be incompatible. Some vets fall into this category, unfortunately, though most are goodies.

I like black cats the best. They're so misunderstood aren't they? People think they are evil and bring bad luck and that simply is not true. People do cruel things to black cats because of that ridiculous superstition. :(
