I feel like the CIA or NSA is communicating with me via remote neural monitoring or related technology.

It feels like a silent voice I can hear that makes my brain vibrate slightly when they communicate..

Dude , you have schizophrenia ( so you have said in the past ) , you know it's BS that the CIA / NSA is trying to communicate with you. Are you off your meds , have you changed your meds , are you under more stress than normal , are you seeing a Doctor.

You might be better off posting this in Bipolar, Tourettes, Schizophrenia, and other Psychological Conditions as you may find someone who has/is going through the same and give useful advice.

Buzzing in the brain is a thing.
You should get it checked out - you could have some neural damage or inflammation happening.

I wonder what it would feel like... to be a machine, having devices plugged in to run diagnostics and report back any abnormalities and potentially failing components.
