Can autistic people use IVF, IUI or any another fertility drug to have one child, twins, triplets, quadruplets, etc.?

Of course, autism alone doesn't affect reproductive organs.
If you are considering IVF, might I suggest embryo adoption?
Sometimes in IVF more embryos are created than the couple can or wants to implant, they either;
Get frozen indefinitely
Get donated to science (Kills them and has never made scientific advancement)
Get killed by thawing
Or get donated/adopted to another couple
An estimated 600,000 (If I remember right) embryos are frozen in the us, that is more than kids in foster care.

Autistics can do that as long as noone has guardianship of them.

They can also vote as long as they don't have guardianship as far as I know but I guess that's unrelated ...

Last time I checked though autism doesn't affect the reproductive stuff though so I don't see why not.
