Recently I've noticed this weird lump that has basically become PART OF my wrist bone. Never had something like that happen with my body my whole life. What does this mean and what should I do about it?

Your wrist is made up of eight small bones (carpal bones) plus two long bones in your forearm — the radius and the ulna. A ganglion cyst is a tumor or swelling on top of a joint or the covering of a tendon (tissue that connects muscle to bone). Depending on the size, cysts may feel firm or spongy. Ganglion cysts most commonly occur on the back of the hand at the wrist joint but they can also develop on the palm side of the wrist.

You should see a doctor and not seek advice on the internet.
