Post keeps failing to submit in another forum category

I've been repeatedly trying to submit a post in another forum category, and the submission keeps on failing after I get the CAPTCHA. I get my post submission returned to me in a garbled format. There's no proper webpage or error message. I'm not even sure that this post that I'm trying to submit right now to report this issue will go through. Is the forum down?

Okay, it finally worked this time. Maybe something was "stuck" in the system and me posting this thread to report the issue got it "unstuck", I don't know. Hopefully it doesn't happen again...
