I really don't feel like asking doctors about this since they're inclined not to treat someone with an ASD diagnosis as a citizen with rights but my joints, particularly hips & wrists, also sometimes knees have been very sore & visibly hyper extensible lately.

Does anyone know ANY doctor in Colorado who specializes in connective tissue disorders? It's at the point where I can self-diagnose EDS without a shadow of a doubt but it would be nice to know some ways I can stay fit. I don't plan on letting it physically disable me in any substantial way.

I have some hypermobile joints. It can be irritating.

I can't recommend anyone for you as I'm not in your country.

Do you need to see a hypermobility/EDS specialist, or would any rheumatologist do?

Have you seen a physiotherapist? I don't know what they're like in your part of the world, but I've found they have been very helpful in terms of giving me strengthening exercises and general advice on the situation.
