Hello, I am new here. I was diagnosed a long time ago. My parents refused to believe my diagnosis; well, they believed if I was soooo smart then it would be easy for me to overcome whatever shortcoming I encountered. This proved false. I am in a pretty low place: depressed, anxious, and alone. I'm seeing my shrink and counselor Friday so no worries. It's hard for me to reach out like this. I'm hoping to find community here. My thing is books, reading and writing. Secondary things are music and making things. :skull:
