What age difference would be if Hayley Williams had another sibling?

If her sibling was born now, the difference would be 30 years. She will be 31 on the 27th of December.

What side of the family in which she would have another sibling? Is it the mother's or father's?

Wikipedia said she has two younger half sisters, but I read an article, and it looks like they’re her stepfather’s daughters, which makes them her stepsisters and not half sisters.
