Training/Seminars for Employers and Unions

I'm working with my union's diversity committee on finding training resources, seminars, speakers, etc. for our employers and the union itself on improving and supporting diversity in the workplace. Because I'm on the autistic spectrum, I'm especially interested in finding those kinds of resources focusing on neurodiversity/ASD.

My union represents people who work for news and information companies, so I'm especially interested in resources that focus on people in that kind of work (or knowledge and creative industries in general). We're looking especially for resources dealing with recruitment and hiring, workplace accommodation and advocacy.
