But the die is cast, Hillary did one minor transgression and was a labelled a "crook", Obama was labelled a muslim and his place of birth disputed.

There's plenty of Trump loving morons who will scream Warren down over this.

Heck if Christ had his second coming now he would be locked up in a detention centre as a brown skinned illegal immigrant.

Yet Obama got two terms in the White House. It is possible to overcome the intellectually deficient.

George W Bush despite bush derangement syndrome also managed two terms.

But neither did Bush behave as a complete psycho like Trump has. When Dana Carvy on S&L played Bush for laughs, Bush invited him to the White House. I won't hold my breath for that humorless mental case in the White House today ever extending an invitation to Alec Baldwin. Bush and Obama could both laugh at political satire directed at them, thereby never losing touch with the masses of humanity throughout the country. The fact that Trump can't will weigh against him, in my humble opinion.
One symptom of a psychopathic personality is the inability to comprehend humor.

It's being done in an ugly way now.

That's a matter of opinion.
And if Trump doesn't want to be laughed at, he shouldn't give comedians so much material.

It's clearly done in pure hatred and that's what makes it ugly.

It's like diet commercials that joke about "the Battle of the Bulge".

19,276 Americans killed, but it's funny.

It's just about laughing at the phrase Battle of the Bulge if taken at face value. Like Diet of Worms. No one is laughing at all the dead people. Also, it's hard to laugh at the phrase "Trail of Tears" if just taken at a face value.

Give it time.

It could become part of English vernacular to express, "futile attempt of an ethnic imposter to campaign for office".

Like, if Rachel Dozier tries to become a mayor somewhere, then one could simply say ... "TRIAL OF TEARS" and many people will laugh. :P

Well, then they would be laughing at her or some other ethnic imposter, not the actual phrase "Trail of Tears." If people laugh at the phrase "Battle of the Bulge" it's because the idea of dieting as a battle is funny, and the word "bulge" has a humorous sound.

It would seem if one totally hates someone that's what they're likely going to see.

Did you ever bring that point up when talk radio, Fox, and Breitbart spoke so hatefully of Obama?

It’s hateful no matter who it’s about.

And yet the right, so concerned with Trump's feelings, never cared about anything said about Obama.

That’s because Obama is a Democrat.

And yet Democrats are supposed to be concerned about the hurt feelings of a heartless narcissist who can dish it out, who can dish it out, but can't take it?

It was the other way around during the Obama Administration.

Obama was never a heartless narcissist who dished it out but couldn't take it. Far from it, he had made overture after overture to Republicans to win their friendship, and all they did was attack him with scorn and exaggerations. Yet Obama never retaliated, realizing that it was below the dignity of his office. And personally, he was always a better person than an amoral narcissist like Trump could ever hope to be.

Have you ever met him?
