It's interesting that millions of people in other countries saturate social media with politically biased messages and propaganda to influence American voters (many of whom don't identify what country they're from, as seen on WP alone).
But apparently the only way those in Russia can or will do the same thing, is if they're working as paid trolls in rotating shifts housed in a troll factory.

Expressing personal political opinions on forums and social media is a far cry from working at a 24/7 propaganda mill creating text and images intended to cause division between other countries’ people & influence the outcomes of their elections.

Why is it that millions of citizens from other countries are producing biased statements and propaganda directed at American voters on their own 24/7.... but in Russia they have to be paid trolls working in rotating shifts in a troll factory. It doesn't make any sense.
