'Moderates' doesn't mean anything.

There are only two ways that Johnson might not win imo:
1) Somehow Raab (or even less likely, McVey) gets to the final two. 2) He makes a big blunder that somehow hurts him more than all the ones he's made in the past.
Heard a former colleague of Johnson's say on the radio last week 'the more Johnson talks the less likely he is to be PM' so this time they have made a decision that he just doesn't really do interviews. he has his own newspaper column so puts his views over in that after his people have approved it. They are reportedly pushing back on him appearing on any telly debates, though if he is the only one that doesn't do it then it looks bad so they are trying to call the telly debates off completely just to save him.
I also find it interesting when the justification of backing him is because he will beat Corbyn in a GE. Kwarteng was the latest to say that publicly yesterday. A subtle admission that they know a GE later this year is getting ever likelier.

Sorry, I don't get the point. What's the trend here?
A sock puppet that doesn't take no for an answer if my spidey senses are working correctly
I don't understand french and what's going on in the video, but I do understand German and have been following that video - and the reaction of 4he media and the german government to it.
government: " that's all fake news, we need real journalism" the real journalists: "well, on some of the points he only cites one source, rather than several sources, but the sources he cites are all credible, he's factually correct. His argument is one-sided, but well researched." government: " ..... we will make our own viral video! (also: how about we crnsor speech on the internet in the weeks before elections? no?)"
I wouldn't call the german guy a sock puppet- he did a good job on this, and reached a largely apolitical audience with an hour long account of failings and incompetences of the ruling party...

Not sure I believe that letter is true as it is always said he only took on the name Boris in adulthood.

Wow. Even the tv schedule has become a political satire magazine. (It did make me laugh, I have to admit. And worry)
Don't worry, Americans will be joining them in hell soon enough.
