What was the first Video Game you played?

The first video games I ever played were SDI's Panzer Commander and Panzer General. A rarity even now, with both historical accuracy and good gameplay.

Edit: Can't forget Red Baron either. Getting cursed out by typing for ten minutes for using incendiary bullets still brings a smile to my face.

Tetris for the GB. Now there was a lot of hours that got sucked down the drain.

not 100% sure but I think it was duck hunt.

First game that I played on a regular basis was sonic2

Probably Pong. I don't remember what the platform was called, but this would have to have been in the mid to late 70's before Atari came out with their home console.

Space Invaders or Pac-Man,I'm not quite sure..

first video game i ever played was a tetris, i got one of those 999 games in 1 things one day, and got completely obsessed by it

We got pong/squash/breakout for XMas when I was about 8 or 9 back in the mid-70's. Shortly thereafter, my dad bought a "Black Apple ][+" (case made by HP). Then it was space invaders on a small color TV my dad put on its side so that my sister and I could play it like the arcade.

Super Mario Bros 2 for the NES.

The first game I played was Lotus 3 at age 5.

The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening on the original Game Boy. Ah, good times...

The first game I played was probably Sonic the Hedgehog or Super Mario Bros. I remember that we had a Mega Drive and a NES when I was a child. I don't remember playing them, but I do remember playing Super Metroid on the SNES, and getting upto Kraid... That might have been the first game I ever played.

"GORF" on Commodore Vic 20

If I had DOS first, it was that game where your a mouse and you push blocks around, eat cheese, and escape from cats and flying yarn balls lol... Forgot what its called though And Chips Challenge
If it was Super Nintendo Im pretty sure it was Donkey Kong Country..

Wheel of Fortune, Duck Hunt, and Mario Bros. for the NES!!
