We live on the 12th floor of an apartment building so we got quite a view. Looking for local jobs too, a local thrift store is hiring. You can see their store from our living room window. The posting was on FB and I messaged them "I'll come by tomorrow to fill out an application, I can see your store from my window"

Maybe that was a bit creepy now that I think about it...

Me and my husband used to shop in there all the time so ehh...

How did you sound creepy?

The statement might sound "creepy" in that it sounds like you are keeping an eye on the store


But anything could "sound creepy" to anyone

I stopped by there and filled out an application... Though I wish I would hear from one of the other jobs.

I can’t see anything creepy in that. It shows them that you live close and wouldn’t have to travel far to get there, which they might see as a good thing.

Yeah, I think it would have sounded creepier if it was someone's house or something. Business places are more public.

They said they would interview me next week, but I don't know what's best..... I really can't do physical activity type jobs anymore though... I walked one mile the other day and ended up totally exhausted...
