Oh Lordy, here they come.

It's the 1st day of July, in the Southern US and the fireworks have already begun. This will be going on at night for the next 4 days. These are just the smaller blasts from the fireworks that can be purchased from the vendors on the side of the road. Still very loud and the big ones will happen Thursday... I have ear plugs, but I need the industrial strength ones.

Wish I could say, 'whew. Thank goodness that's over!' But, where we live, fireworks happen a lot. It scares my poor cat too.

I don't like fireworks for the same reason.
