i was told everytime you urinate you need too drink water too replace it.

is that true?

The problem is if you drink water every time you urinate it creates a cycle where you need too urinate more because your drinking more fluids.

Forget the water... drink gin... then the whole water-cycle bit will become something of an irrelevance.
