I have spent a fair amount of time feeling like that. But I have also had better days and longer stretches of time when I don't. Those times are worth holding out for.

Move, listen to music, concentrate of your breath, look at leaf, feel each part of your body in turn, punch a pillow, sing, shout, learn something new...There are many ways to get past the bad times. Hang in there, it will be worth it!

As a fellow Loser, I must say that we all hope you many, many more days alive. Please PM some of us if you need support. If you need a Wrong Planet evacuation, and can stand being rescued from your current situation by a crowd of autistic people mobilized for battle, then that could be nice too.

That was me in 2011-2012. Things do change for the better. I am certain I probably won't have everything normal people have, because I started many things late in life, but life is good now. Please don't give up.
