I just had an anger meltdown at a friend after going to a BBQ full of strangers speaking another language...
A couple days ago She shared an instagram account about my culture, and although I figured the instagrammer was a bit of a scam, I'd still follow the account because she shared something with me.
Fast forward, two days later, tonight, after coming back from the party, I all of a sudden had a meltdown and sent her a long rant out of nowhere about how the instagramer is just a scam girl and many insulting comments about the account. It's too late to take it back now, and I feel bad for not being able to control myself.
How can I, after reading about autism social advice, still not be able to remember and control it???
Any advice what I should say to my friend?
I feel really bad.
