My computer has no Ethernet Network Card, but I'm getting one. I was just wondering how external ones are connected to your PC, and which is better in terms of Price vs. Quality? I need answers by Sunday, when I'll probably go buy one. I don't want to spend more than $20.

I would go internal since they tend to be cheaper and more reliable. External NICs tend to be more expensive and are connected via USB which makes them less reliable IMO and from experience. The best ones to go with are linksys, Dlink, or netgear. Also are you planning on going wireless? If so wireless cards tend to be alot more than regular NICs. Most wireless adapter run between 40 - $70.
