Are you suggesting that...a thousand mile canal stocked with a million electric eels would not be able to do the modest job of keeping San Antonio and San Diego and several other cities supplied with juice?????

I saw several things to make me question if it was a joke, including using an electric eel in the middle instead of on the edge as we were talking about. I didn't notice the holy water until after you mentioned it though.
