The 'foe' option

Can this please be improved so the posts of foes are not seen, unless someone else quotes something from their post?

To put it bluntly, the current system is crap.

Essentially nothing. If you receive a PM from a foe, it will have a red symbol beside it. That's about it.

I never saw any point in blocking someone.
If I don't care to read someone's post I just scroll past it.
It's a great way of ignoring someone.

It's difficult to use a mouse at the same time but this is a very effective method of stopping yourself from reading a post that your mind doesn't want to read.

Why could this site, and a few other sites I visit, design a system that would employ a killfile, like some of the Usenet newsreaders of old?
