The Mike Pence says Turkey has agreed to a ceasefire in Syria.
The terms:The Syrian Kurds and SDF group must dismantle there defensive fortifications and pull troops from the border to appease Turkey.

Pence said the US will continue to engage in Syria just not militarily.
