God has a special place for that perpetrator. "You murdered somebody that I gave life to, and in a church? You're going to Hell!"
If god existed, he wouldn't have let the kid be murdered in the first place, even if they weren't in a church.
Wouldn’t He? Do you know the mind of God?

According to Christianity, god is supposed to be all-loving, all-good, and all-powerful. The fact that this horrific incident actually proves he is none is none of those things. Therefore, he does not exist.

If God exists, and is all-loving, all-knowing, and all-powerful (and all-good as you put it, though that isn't in the usual phrase, since actually, good is generally defined to be that which is of God, not the other way round), then the poor boy who was murdered will have already gone to heaven, while the killer will hopefully spend a long and unpleasant time behind bars while they repent.

So, how again does the existence of horrific acts carried out by us humans, who are all sinners, prove the nonexistence of God?

How can anything "prove" the nonexistence of anything else? It simply cannot be done.
