anybody else get chronic wind

I have diverticulitis( disease of the bowels and often suffer with wind at night time
my tummy swells up and trapped wind become painfull sometimes difficult to pass
my husband seems amused at the funny bubbly noises my belly makes.. but
it's like very painful when the bubbles move across my belly
but at least he doesnt mind my gross smelling farts in fact he says its a turn on , weird I know

does anyone else get chronic trapped wind ?
I dont often get to talk about it so I thought like id talk about it here and see others peoples experiences...

I don't have whatever that is but I still get gas for no reason even if I haven't eaten anything to produce so much gas. It sucks arse (no pun intended).

I repeat fart quite a lot nowadays. I'm guessing it's an age thing.

I have an inability to burp, so that produces more flatulance. One day my colon is just going to literally burst like an overfilled balloon and it won't be pretty.

I think I developed lactose intolerance as I got older.
