I mentioned earlier his surgery and right side partial paralysis, but he was put back in rehab. Then Monday morning I visited him and he wasn't in his right mind and I said he needed to be checked out. They found his oxygen really low. They rushed him to the hospital and he almost died in the ambulance. He has congestive heart failure paired with bronchitis and had lots of fluid in his lungs. Putting him on oxygen and water pill he's getting better but for how long?

Now I'm sad I said anything bad about him :(

Visit him. Bring him chicken soup. Listen to him.

But never let him use abusive language towards you.

Being a “sick person” doesn’t give one the right to be nasty.

I am sorry for the continued hardship. I am out of spoons here but wanted to acknowledge your difficult time.

I’m sorry to hear that Agnix. It’s very hard when a loved one is unwell. Don’t feel badly that you’ve let off steam at times. You can love someone and still get tired and frustrated with them.

It’s good that he was at the rehab place and that they were able to test him there and get the ambulance. Once this big scare settles down, the professionals can make sure and get him up and moving around to get his circulation working well. That will help clear his lungs and reduce the fluid buildup. You wouldn’t be able to do it on your own. And don’t feel badly about that either!

This.
You can love someone and be frustrated, angry, call abuse abuse. It does not counter your love, quite the opposite, healthy love requires these abilities.
Love to you
