I know there is a thread with the same title in the GAD but I feel selfish if I use it to post about myself as it's more about the OP, so I thought I'd start one specifically intended for everyone to post your own daily stress.

A day rarely goes by where at least 1 thing stresses me. Today it was the public footpath (sidewalk) that was unexpectedly closed on my way to work, so I had to go out of my way and cross busy roads as a diverted walk.

I know it only sounds like a small thing but it still stressed me at the time and I'm hoping it won't be closed again tomorrow. What small (or big) things stressed you today?

All the lawyers that i attend a meeting with constantly make fun of me and look down on me for not knowing the details about the meeting/client. It's understand able though since my boss gives me 6 different case files one Day before the meeting takes place and expect me to memorize them all. In half a day.
They're trying to make me take on the work of 3 people.

Anything that obliges me to deviate from my usual routine on a work day causes me some degree of stress. Having to work from home (which most people view as a perquisite) because it has snowed, as happened this past Monday, stresses me. I always look forward to arriving at my cubicle and getting "settled in". Plus the concern about what constitutes "billable hours" when at home. If I go to the kitchen for a drink, have I gone off the clock? At the office I never worry about such things.
