Hellman's mayonnaise, which everyone in the UK loves - is crap. It's tasteless.

If you live in the UK and like this type of mayonnaise, get Heinz. There's a huge amount of difference in flavour. It's got 5x more flavour and it's creamier.

Or even better, use fresh homemade mayonnaise as soon as it's made. You can eat it off a spoon, it's that delicious and exceptional in flavour. I would rate it as 20x better than jarred mayonnaise. It's somehow lighter, yet creamier, and more flavoursome.

Since I discovered I had an egg allergy, I haven't been able to taste mayonnaise. Honestly though, I don't miss it nor dairy (I'm not allergic to dairy, I just don't crave it anymore. Vegan squirty cream actually, unbelievably, tastes better than the regular one).

Ever since I was little I've had a fixation with ingredient labels. There are sooooo many ingredients in commercial mayos. Homemade is awesome, maybe even an aioli?

I usually Helmans and I dunno if they sell Heinz mayo here - ketchup, yes, but mayo I don’t think I’ve never seen.

Me too! Mainly because of allergies, but the nutrition content and ingredients list otherwise I just have to look at. For instance, sweet potatoes contain MORE calories, carbs and sugar than white potatoes, and Cornflakes contain more calories than Frosties (Frosted Flakes in US). Looking it up now, the difference seems negligible. American Cornflakes contain more calories than English ones, or at least they did.

It's usually in a bottle than a jar, I think. It's worth doing a taste test if you do buy it, you'll see a massive difference between the two.

I buy other brands sometimes if they happen to be on sale, or an olive oil blend one, or there’s one with I think avocado oil and lime. But I’ve never noticed Heinz brand before. If I spot it I’ll try it.

Mayonnaise is one of the only “edible” things that triggers my gag reflex. It’s absolutely disgusting and should not exist.
