Quote:
ELIZABETH Jade, a 21-year-old from Wellington, Somerset, has recently published her second book, Akea - His Mother’s Son, a sequel to her first book, Akea - The Power of Destiny.

Elizabeth started writing at the age of 14 when she began to struggle with depression and anxiety. Diagnosed with aspergers when she was 18, and volunteering for various animal rescue centres, gave Elizabeth the ability to write from an animals perspective in a convincing and captivating way.

The second novel is about Akea, a husky and her journey to becoming Wolf Queen, which is just the first step in fulfilling the role set out for her by the legendary Great White Wolf.

Akea’s world turns upside down when humans raid their home, scattering the wolf pack and capturing her hybrid son.
