Whenever I phone the Ukraine I always hear "this phone call will be monitored for quality control".

So any call to that country must be of high quality!

How does one spend 24 seconds talking about the opposite sex? I can understand how, for example, two men could spend 24 seconds talking about how attractive a given woman is, but does that mean they cannot talk about Angela Merkel in the allocated current affairs time, or their mothers in the “family news” time? What if the phone call is between people of different sexes? What if one of the participants is homosexual?

One thing that was perfect about that phone call is that they didn't have to use gloves or sanitizer to make it.

Did anyone notice how this whole topic was totally forgotten once coronavirus got into the picture.

About four Democratic primaries came and went without much notice.

The whole election process itself continues, but is only covered on page 50 of the newspaper. Neither Biden, Sanders, nor Trump, can hold rallies.

So yes, the virus has pretty much put everything else in Creation on the backburner of public attention. So why would the phone call be an exception?
