As one of the rare Aspies who enjoys going to events with big crowds, I'm very disappointed that the two biggest events I've been looking forward to over the next several weeks (AEW Dynamite in Rochester next Wednesday and the Toronto Raptors-Memphis Grizzlies game on the 30th) have been postponed due to the coronavirus. Can anyone here help me think of other things to live for besides work? :P

Hobbies, Home Repair/Remodeling, Home Studies, On-Line Gaming, Reading, Writing, et cetera.

(Que the "Yeah, but..." chorus!)

I am working on my flower garden. Won't be long until the daffodils start the season!

Due to the recent rain, I've had to go out and weed my veggie garden. We also bought one of those turbo air-cookers, and we've been trying out old recipes prepared in a new way (for us).

I was never much of a sports fan anyway, so I developed lots of other interests -- Amateur Radio, Backyard Astronomy, Baking/Cooking, et cetera.

UPDATE: the AEW show in Rochester next week is still on as scheduled. I misinterpreted the addition of their next visit in July as a postponement

Real-time chat, like IRC and Discord, provide me with enough social contact to sustain me indefinitely. Maybe they can help fill the void for you?

They also provide a more level "playing field" for social interaction, since nobody can see anyone's facial expression or other body language (barring video chat, which I avoid). All of the social cues are in text and a limited repertoire of emojis, which are much easier for me to interpret.
