After creating the global crisis the Chinese government is using the coronavirus infections weakening US navy presence in the South China sea to ramp up military activity in the South China sea. It's navy attacked and sunk a Vietnamese fishing boat and plan to escalate naval exercises in areas outside of its jurisdiction.
