If you can get away from an irrational person, do so.

If you can't get away, then call the cops.

You might need to give more information as to what’s occurring, without details it’s hard to know what advice to give: or even if you have relevant experience to form advice from.
I assume it’s pretty bad though?

Ignore.
I have a bullying co-worker, but he's retiering this fall, so it's ok.
He's been at me and others for (for me) five years so not a nice guy.
Ripped of licence plate, crushed mailbox, really very childish, but costs...

You don't. If they were rational, you wouldn't need to make so much of an effort to bother connecting/dealing with them.

My advice? Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
