Maybe it exists and I wasnt able to find it, but a subforum on Treatment (Supplement, Dietary, Medical, etc) Succes Stories would be nice so people could post their autistic symptoms, the supplement and amount, or the diet, etc. they tried, and the success they had with it (what behaviour did it improve or eliminate, etc)

Users sometimes post about their experiences with treatment in forums such as General Autism Discussion.

In general, users are often justifiably sceptical about claims that such-and-such helped with their autism. A lot of us can remember the GF/CF fad of the early 00s which turned out to be ineffective, and a few have experience of very harmful treatments like ABA, bleach, and chelation, or ideas like refrigerator mother theory.

If you're interested in evidence-based autism interventions, or indeed medicine generally, I recommend the Cochrane Collaboration: https://www.cochrane.org/search/site/autism
