-Wide variety of melee weapons, some hilarious (like the one in the Los Venturas police station bathroom)

-Interesting story with zany yet charming characters of many types and missions themed around their antics

-Hilarious and insightful radio shows

-A wide array of side activities

-Stunt bonuses

-Funner driving mechanics

This, especially if you are into gangsta things. SA is the most gangsta episode of GTA till now.

I heard there is now graphic patches that make SA look like GTAV. SA will have very little shortcoming then. On top of that, you can also play SA on much slower PC, without internet, on a laptop with only touchpad.

The Cane is kind of a gamebreaker - Pool Cue-esque range, Katana-esque speed, and (because it's a Gift-type) room for another Melee-type.
