Argh! Does anyone else struggle to find clothing that doesn't stress them out for various sensory reasons?

I have a real thing with fabrics. Cotton is good and I think a viscose mix is sometimes ok because it's very soft but I hate anything fluffy or unnatural feeling. Rough fabrics like denim are fine but not anything that feels fake like polyester. Anything that might be vaguely itchy is a big no. Soft is great but not if it feels unnatural.

I need to get a red cardigan for work because we got an email today saying if we wear anything over our red polo shirt, it needs to be red. I've been wearing a dark blue jacket hoody. So I thought I'd just buy one quick on my break but nowhere has anything I can wear! They all look like they're going to be itchy or uncomfortable. I even looked on a colleague's Amazon page to see what she recommends but they're all fleeces and if I touch fleece material I want to cry.

Can anyone recommend any online clothes shops that reliably sell clothes made from non-stressful fabrics?! I'd love a piece of chunky knitwear but would settle for a jacket hoody.

I can't stand the feel of fleece either. For me, it feels like it is saturated in a layer of slime which I can never feel comfortable wearing, it bothers me more than any other fabric. I like hoodies that have a linen-like material on the inside. I've found these hoodies at American Eagle, though they were men's hoodies. Hard to tell what clothes feel like just by looking at them online which I why I rarely ever shop for clothes online.

wool and wool-like fabrics make my legs itch.
