I want to explore and learn more about spirituality, meditation, and mindfulness, but I am finding it difficult. I want to learn how to live more in the moment and be more accepting of myself and I have been told exploring my spiritual side may help with this. If anyone has any resources or tips to recommend it would be greatly appreciated :)

I don't think of spirituality as a separate "side" of me.

Instead of thinking of a spiritual side, consider following a spiritual practice. I'm not sure it matters which spiritual practice and you can change them from time to time if one is not working for you. There are many paths to spirituality.
