Hey, listen to me and listen to me well.

DO. NOT. GIVE. UP.

Please, hold on. You have a lot to live for, and you can still make your life bigger than it is now. Don't give up. Please.
Trust me, it sucks. Life moves fast, and it's a hassle to carry on. Maybe theirs a lot going on, or maybe not... Maybe that's the problem.

But a solution is out there. And people are here for you to find that out! Don't give up.

I feel like you nearly every day but unlike me you've been strong for 50 years

you're not weak in spirit as you are still here despite everything.

You need people someone to help u .. Care.. Actually visit.. In real life.. Is there anyone??

For Being open... Safe person?

Let me know if not. I wouldnt mind Skype or whatsapp u in fact it wd be relieving for me .m

Or if u dont have energy .. Can u message by text or whatsapp or email or facebook n let it out??

And if not that Better help dot com and others ..u just join and pay to access

counsellors/therapistw on ur phone.. No need to meet them or for them to ever know who u are..

They call u thru a third party line via the service or can chat in a messenger form.. Or vifeo call . u have all these options..

Betterhelp also has option to b cheaper if u merely say u need financial aid when u join..

It really did work n help me (one part of the issue) so i knew clearly how to express myself to ppl in my life ..among other things..
Then those ppl can help..

I know u arent giving up and just expressing ur very real situation n feelings but to pull out of it those things mifht help..

I even reached out to crisis lines over tye years who help ..
Of course it depends.. Here almost all of them were dead (nobodt wd pick up or it wdnt go thru) so i googled flr crisis line in another province
N that worked..

Idk if any of that can help. Its hard to talk when so bogged down drained and sad...

Lots of love

Kitty, I'm sorry you are in so much pain. I agree with Patchy - hang in there. I am wishing you find relief or relief finds you (in a life-affirming way). Somebody, something. I just watched the speech that Lana Wachowski gave and was impressed that there are those moments in life for some of us (myself included) and another smaller moment can make a difference, at least enough of hang in there...

Maybe to read or..

Can have someone call and read these out to you...or asking a person on a crisis line to give some affirmations..

Maybe hearing it from someone else will give it more impact in this moment

It's okay to feel overwhelmed. :) Everyone is different, but I find soothing music to be extremely therapeutic when I am feeling overwhelmed. Music that doesn't have vocals. I hope you're feeling better than earlier, the world needs more people like us.

There is a lot of stuff out there, this is one of my go-to's

I took Advil for my feet pain & laid down in bed, it was after 6:30 pm, I fell asleep for a little while. I got up at 8:30, I ate dinner, watched TV. I’m a little better now, I feel like there a dark cloud over my head. I didn’t want to talk to anyone earlier.

I’ve been feeling and thinking similarly. Without family or friends, life is not very satisfying and hard.

You sound like a desirable woman, and you have people on this forum at least.

Sometimes taking a shower can tune out and erase the sensory overload.

You also have a physical disability due to feature of foot. That makes you part of the disability community. Remember, you can still get around and do things with modifications.

I’m disability cuz I have Cerebral Pasly. I can’t shower or go out walking, I have pretty bad pain in my lower leg, cuz of an injury, so I cannot stand in the shower.

Join the disability community and find some other problem with AS or CP or wheelchair users on disability who you can be in a friend group with.. social isolation makes life lots harder

Can you put a chair in your shower to sit on it while you shower. This worked for me when I have to be off my feet after my several surgeries I've had on my legs and feet.

You've had a much harder life than others...just making it this far is something to be proud of...when I think of you and others who have faced these kinds of challenges and persevered, it's inspiring to me (and humbling).

I wasn’t going to post to you, but you are rude! You think you know a person & what that person going through & if that person have more problems than being disabled. You should not judge a person without knowing them. My sister is the same way, she think she knows me, but she don’t know me for having CP, Aspergers,Psoriasis & Dyslexia.
