Adding someone to your Foe list only stops you seeing your foes reply in the "Topic Review -" while you are typing a post.

There doesn't seem to be anything admin-related that would allow it.Very odd that such an action isn't included as a natural consequence of the "Foes" handling - if you've decided to block seeing forum posts for a user it seems unlikely you'd be Ok with PMs from them...
The method suggested by (ahem) "a wise elder" above seems a reasonable work-around though.
