Likely, no person or company has ever made an un-hackable computer.
You assume giuliani is correct about what?
That dominion voting systems rigged the election?
If that’s the case he would have evidence of such to provide to a court, and since there is none, all of his lawsuits were tossed out.

Apparently, he blames a different company -- a software company -- Smartmatic -- for rigging the election.
Dominion happens to use Smartmatic.
So, his argument is that Smartmatic software was hackable (hacked).

Okay... and since he was unable to provide any evidence of his claims in any courts of law and had all of us frivolous lawsuits thrown out, I would assume giuliani is incorrect - and have a basis for my assumption.
Why would you assume giuliani is correct?
It seems to me that from all available info he was lying on behalf of trump and trump’s ego in order to help fleece magas of $200M in donations while charging $20,000.00/day to trump for his legal fees.. that’s twenty thousand reasons Per Day to carry on his charade.

Likely, his "evidence" is one of mathematical extrapolation.
Where he extrapolates his numbers based on a probability of error, or probability of hacking, or from a few incidents.
I have seen people on FOX news present this argument as proof of election fraud.
You cannot assume that because courts didn't accept this evidence as proof of election fraud, that a jury wont accept it as reasonable, especially if a few MAGA types, or Giuliani fans are on the jury.

In other words:
He made it up like they do on Fox News so that should be proof positive for a maga jury!
He’s going to get disbarred and lose his fortune. But making up non-existent voter fraud may be the least of his worries. He might end up dying in jail for inciting violence at the capitol by telling people to have “trial by combat,” which resulted in people getting killed.

Giuliani has no evidence to back up his claims, and he cannot expect his opponents to provide that evidence for him. Even if he somehow subpoenas his opponents and expects them to provide him with what he needs, all they have to say is, "There is no such evidence", and Giuliani is left defenseless.
He and his buddy Trump have been throwing accusations around while expecting those they slander to hand over non-existent "evidence" to support those accusations. That is not how our legal system works. The person making the accusations must already have the evidence in hand, otherwise slander and libel charges (and likely convictions, as well) await them.

Giuliani has been talking out his a** without providing any evidence. By spreading this narrative about Dominion, he has effectively ruined them. He should face consequences for this (among other things).
He couldn't provide enough evidence for his Glorious Leader to retain power--he sure as hell isn't going to have enough evidence to save himself.
If your best argument for his defense is "Trumpsters judges think he didn't have enough evidence, but what do they know? If only they knew the Fox News gospel truth," then that doesn't bode well for his case.

I found this article, which is more of an op-ed piece. Funny thing is, it was written in 2012. Some very good points were raised then. Food for thought.
