I do have a Discord account but I'm very shy about being in groups and everything where it's instant messaging, I hope other people join it though :)

It's a program for chatting. You can instant message people or talk in rooms.
You can create servers to host your own chatrooms or find existing servers to participate in.

Perhaps you might want to schedule some chats at specific announced times, on specific announced days of the week or month?

(If so, I would appreciate it very much if you could choose times that do NOT conflict with the scheduled text-based chats that are announced on my own website: Groups led by members of the Autistic Peer Leadership Group (APLeG).)
