For the last year from time to time thoughts of ending my life have been going through my mind but the thing is I am just not brave enough to do it.

Do you think people like me are not courageous enough to end there lives?

That's one way to look at it, but as someone who has been suicidal before, I prefer to look at this way: I've been brave enough to continue living despite all the pain and problems I've had.

You can't measure bravery

It takes a degree of determination. Are determination and bravery the same thing?

If you keep living, things might get better or they might get worse. 50/50

If you keep living, but explore ways of living that might suit you better, the odds improve. Let's say 75/25.

If you quit, you'll never know. 0/100.
